When Beaumont Health System committed to entering the competitive consumer fitness market, leadership realized the need for a distinctive market position to compete with many fitness options. The Quell Group was given a short time-frame to define and activate a new brand, creating its market position, name, logo, strategic messaging, marketing materials and market rollout strategy in time for a grand opening just 10 weeks ahead.
