Quell developed a strategic communications plan outlining a unified look and integrated tactics to increase exposure, including an aggressive media relations effort, print ad campaign, facility display units and customer event collateral. Quell also streamlined and rewrote the company’s jargon-heavy website to quickly communicate the benefits Urban Science delivers to its customers. A simplified message, improved navigability and encouraged contact with sales agents helped
the company achieve increased new-business leads.
In addition, Quell created sales support materials, such as a customizable portable marketing toolkit designed for presentations or new business leave-behinds. The kit works in conjunction with the company’s Intranet marketing portal, allowing employees to drag and drop relevant content onto re-recordable CDs.
